As the Manager of Engineering - International R&D, you will be responsible for supervising all aspects of designing and developing new products, identifying innovative solutions, reducing product costs, and ensuring product reliability within our Air Division. You will provide direct supervision over engineers specializing in electrical, design, and manufacturing fields. Your role will involve coaching and mentoring team members while possessing a strong technical understanding of the division's product line.

In addition to leading compliance efforts within the division, you will work closely with manufacturing teams to develop new designs and ensure successful installations by understanding different field requirements and environmental factors. Collaborating with production teams, you will develop assembly processes and provide technical support for production line set-up. Furthermore, you will oversee controls over engineering documents, establish project schedules, manage key reports, and prepare presentations on project status throughout the organization.

The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field with at least 7 years of experience in manufacturing engineering along with supervisory experience. Excellent communication skills are essential along with proficiency in relevant software such as MS Office Suite, Solidworks, and CFD.
