As the Regional Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our regional engineering resource strategy to efficiently meet customer needs. You will collaborate with the global engineering team to leverage capacity and development capability across regional engineering resources. With line management responsibility for Site Engineering Managers in the region, you will ensure workforce trends are analyzed, workforce plans are in place for timely delivery of projects within budget. By fostering efficiency and collaboration across regions while focusing on new product development and existing product activities balance, you will play a crucial role in achieving business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering or science discipline along with experience leading significant teams in multi-site environments.
