As the Vice President of Engineering, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of 4 Engineers, with the lead Engineer managing design projects within your purview. Your primary focus will be on managing workflow, setting budgets, and ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to meet project demands. You will play a pivotal role in leading customer-facing interactions and mentoring your team throughout project lifecycles. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in civil stormwater or site design, along with previous leadership experience and a Registered Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida. A Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering is also required for this role.
