We are currently seeking a Director of Manufacturing Solutions to join our team and take on a pivotal role in driving customer success, system implementation, and revenue expansion. Reporting directly to the CEO, this individual will work closely with sales and implementation teams to ensure customers maximize the value of V5 Traceability through tailored systems that meet their specific needs. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in manufacturing processes, traceability, system integration, and strong commercial acumen to drive adoption and growth.
As the Director of Manufacturing Solutions, you will be responsible for designing comprehensive demo environments in V5 Traceability that accurately replicate customer processes. You will deliver engaging demonstrations showcasing the full capabilities of V5 MES, QMS, and WMS tailored to each prospect's industry. Additionally, you will work with new customers to optimize their V5 deployment, identify opportunities for expanding usage into additional modules based on customer needs, and ensure seamless system integration with ERP platforms.
