Director of Engineering

Simulacra, a leading company in the Food & Beverage Manufacturing industry, is currently looking for a dynamic Senior Director of Engineering to oversee all engineering functions across multiple plants. As the Senior Director of Engineering, you will be responsible for managing multi-million dollar capital projects and budgets while ensuring compliance with regulations such as OSHA, USDA, FDA, and more. You should have at least 8 years of engineering leadership experience in an industrial manufacturing environment, with specific industry knowledge in food, beverage, chemical, meat, or pharmaceutical manufacturing. Leading a team of direct reports will be a key aspect of this role. A Bachelor's degree and proficiency in AutoCAD are required for this position.

This full-time role may require up to 50% travel.
