We are seeking an A-Level Vice President of Engineering with extensive industry knowledge to lead our engineering teams while sharing operational leadership and business development responsibilities. This role involves working closely with the CEO and VP of Business Development to build a self-sufficient design team capable of generating projects and revenue from day one.
As a key leader at SiTESPAN, you will be responsible for achieving target client revenue growth by negotiating new contracts successfully. You will also focus on delivering exceptional client experiences that exceed expectations, expanding market presence through unique solutions, and recruiting exceptional staff members while fostering a successful culture. Key skills required include knowledge of AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM, NFPA Standards, building systems like fire alarm and security systems, as well as strong communication abilities for effective team collaboration.
The Vice President of Engineering position requires overseeing the design and engineering of facility systems for data centers and other technical facilities while collaborating with different groups within the organization. This role entails proposing innovative solutions to resolve concerns effectively, providing leadership through coaching and communication with the engineering team, developing cross-functional team approaches to business practices at SiTESPAN.
