As the Director of Engineering at Sky Limit Systems, you will be responsible for providing technical direction and expertise in RF and antenna design to ensure best-in-class solutions. You will drive the development of new products, RF systems, and subsystems from concept to production while collaborating with R&D, manufacturing, and product teams to optimize performance, cost, and reliability. Additionally, you will lead a high-performing engineering team by establishing clear goals, performance metrics, and professional development plans for engineers.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 10+ years of experience in RF design or aerospace manufacturing. Strong leadership skills with 5+ years of experience managing engineering teams are required. Knowledge of RF circuits, phased arrays, electromagnetics, testing methodologies (HFSS,CST), validation techniques are essential.
