As the Director of Engineering at Sky Limit Systems, you will play a pivotal role in leading our multidisciplinary engineering teams towards success. To excel in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (PhD preferred) along with 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering roles within the aerospace industry. You should have deep knowledge of aerospace-grade electrical components and systems, proven leadership experience with large engineering teams, strong understanding of systems engineering principles, and excellent project management skills. Additionally, familiarity with tools such as CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical), PLM systems, and simulation software is required.

Ideal candidates will also hold certifications such as PMP Certification or equivalent project management training and have experience with lean product development methodologies. Previous involvement in defense-related aerospace programs and knowledge of aircraft electrical systems architecture would be advantageous.
