Additionally, you will lead efforts to recruit and retain top talent in the area while fostering a collaborative and innovative culture that promotes team growth and high client satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, you must have professional registration in Architecture or as a Professional Engineer along with 15+ years of experience in Architecture, Planning, Engineering, or related fields. You should possess expertise in project finance, client management, and team leadership. Strong presentation skills, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for growing teams and delivering exceptional client experiences are essential qualities we are looking for in potential candidates.
