We are dedicated to leveraging technology to enhance marketer processes and train them on tools and processes. As a dynamic and passionate individual, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing our community, activating users, and ensuring effective communication across various channels within the Adobe Program.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communications, community management, and user engagement. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive community engagement strategy to foster an active user community within the Adobe Program that can advocate within the wider community of marketers. Additionally, you will create compelling communication materials, lead EU training and support of assigned markets, plan community events both online and offline, collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts with business goals, monitor community feedback metrics for improvement, serve as the primary point of contact for community members, identify champions to amplify our message, stay updated on industry trends for innovative strategies.

To qualify for this role, you must hold a Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field with proven experience in community management or communications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential along with proficiency in using Adobe tools, social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools. You should be a creative thinker with strong interpersonal skills capable of working independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while paying attention to detail.
