As the VP of Engineering, you will play a crucial role in setting the technical vision, leading and growing our engineering team, and ensuring the successful execution of our product roadmap. Collaborating with leadership across Product, Design, and Business, you will drive innovation while maintaining scalability, security, and performance. Your responsibilities will include building and scaling an exceptional engineering team, defining and executing technical strategies aligned with business goals, overseeing architecture design and development of cutting-edge software solutions, implementing best practices such as DevOps and Agile methodologies, fostering collaboration within the team culture.
To excel in this role, you should have 10+ years of engineering experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles. You must demonstrate proven success in scaling high-performance engineering teams along with expertise in cloud platforms, modern tech stacks, and software architecture. Experience working in high-growth startup environments is essential along with strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices.
