Communications and Marketing Manager

We are currently seeking a Communications and Marketing Manager with a strong background in supporting nephrology indication launch efforts within the biotech pharma sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical affairs, particularly with launches in rare disease spaces. You will be responsible for working closely with medical directors to transform their topics into digital assets and marketing materials. Proficiency with systems/tools such as WordPress, Veeva vault/CRM, and MS Office suite is essential for this role.

As the Communications and Marketing Manager, your key responsibilities will include project management of current digital initiatives, optimizing Medical Affairs omnichannel engagement through data analysis, staying updated on the competitive digital landscape and opinion leaders, updating nephrology content on medical websites, understanding healthcare professional educational needs for segmentation purposes, identifying innovative ways to drive awareness among healthcare professionals about our digital initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional partners like Corporate Communications and IT for coordination opportunities, ensuring compliance with standards in all digital initiatives, and overseeing external vendors supporting omnichannel tactics.

To qualify for this position, you must hold a Bachelor's degree as well as 3+ years of experience in biotech/pharma medical affairs or marketing. Experience in US launches and rare diseases is highly preferred. An MBA or advanced degree would be an added advantage.

• Experience supporting nephrology indication launch efforts
