As a Senior Communications Specialist, you will collaborate with project teams to ensure strategic communication and change management activities across all workstreams. Your responsibilities will include translating meeting content into clear and engaging slide decks for effective audience communication, managing various communication deliverables such as emails, infographics, and videos, and ensuring messaging aligns with program themes while highlighting key benefits for the audience. Additionally, you will maintain and manage distribution lists for communications to ensure targeted outreach.

To excel in this role, you must have extensive experience in project communications and designing impactful slide decks for global projects. Proficiency in MS Office 365 and Adobe Suite is required, including Photoshop and InDesign. Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored to various audiences are essential, along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail in producing high-quality work. Availability to start work at 8:00 AM EST for collaboration with European operations is also necessary.

Ideal candidates will have experience in agile environments managing multiple projects simultaneously, familiarity with graphic design tools and best practices for creating effective communication materials, as well as global Pharmaceutical experience.
