Director of Engineering

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Director of Engineering. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing product and service delivery to meet customer needs across multiple sectors. Your key responsibilities will include managing engineering resources such as staffing, training, and budget allocation. You will also identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining product/service quality, oversee accurate cost estimates and budget justifications, and ensure appropriate staffing levels by assessing candidate qualifications for hiring and promotions.

To qualify for this position, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science (advanced degree preferred) along with at least 10 years of experience in engineering leadership, preferably within the defense industry. Technical expertise in semiconductor manufacturing, processing, fab, and design is essential. Additionally, you should possess strong leadership skills, knowledge of Agile/Project Management methodologies, quality systems, cost analysis techniques, and strategic planning abilities. The ability to obtain and maintain security clearance is required for this role.
