We are currently seeking a Director of Advanced Engineering & Operational Efficiency to join our Corporate team and lead initiatives across our Manufacturing Footprint in North America. Our company values ownership and provides an environment where you can lead impactful initiatives, develop your skills, and grow without limitations. We are heavily investing in Product Development and Acquisition activities as part of our growth journey.

The ideal candidate for this role will have strengths in Technical Project Management, Advanced Manufacturing Initiatives, Continuous Improvement / Operational Excellence, and Automation. As the Director of Advanced Engineering & Operational Efficiency, you will be responsible for driving key impact initiatives independently. This is a highly visible role that offers tremendous growth opportunities and long-term potential for individuals who thrive in high-profile environments.

To excel in this position, candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Advanced Degree a Plus), along with at least 5 years of experience in Manufacturing and Operations Project Management. Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma Toolkit is required, along with a strong bias for action and results orientation.
