We are currently seeking an Engineering Manager to oversee continuous extrusion blow molding machinery and support equipment at our facility. The primary goal of this role is to maximize production efficiency by developing technical skills required for efficient operation. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field along with a minimum of ten years of experience in high-volume operations involving various manufacturing products and processes. Additionally, a minimum of three years of supervisory or managerial experience is required.

Key responsibilities for this position include daily supervision of maintenance personnel, driving continuous improvement through maintenance programs to reduce downtime, managing departmental purchases, maintaining plant support systems, overseeing outside contractors for maintenance/repairs, and implementing predictive maintenance activities. The Engineering Manager will also be responsible for creating an environment that maximizes individual performance and productivity while promoting cooperation and dedication among employees.

The successful candidate must possess proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word and Excel. Experience in project management is essential for this role.
