As a Communications Specialist (100% Remote), you will play a crucial role in developing and advising on multi-channel communication plans for small projects, ensuring the right message reaches the right audience at the right time. You must possess knowledge of modern communication channels and excel in writing and copy-editing for digital platforms targeting internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and web content. Additionally, experience in managing SharePoint sites and proficiency in M365 products such as OneDrive, Forms, PowerPoint, and Word are essential. Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Eloqua, and HTML skills would be advantageous.
The ideal candidate for this position is a mid-level communications professional with approximately 7-10 years of experience. You should have a flexible work ethic capable of meeting tight deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in an IT company is preferred, with additional value placed on procurement experience.
