We are currently seeking a Content Strategist III for a 3-month remote contract position in the USA. As a Content Strategist III at US Tech Solutions, you will play a vital role in developing content evaluation guidelines that empower content reviewers to assess quality, consistency, and policy alignment at scale. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content strategy, experience creating human labeling guidelines, and an understanding of content evaluation methodologies.
Responsibilities include translating product strategy into structured content labeling guidelines, defining clear evaluation criteria aligned with product goals, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure guideline effectiveness, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and staying informed on emerging trends in content moderation. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, project management abilities, analytical thinking with Excel proficiency, and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
Qualified candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in content strategy or related fields, proven expertise in developing content evaluation guidelines, strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams effectively. A Bachelor's degree in English or related fields is required. Preferred skills include experience with generative AI tools, knowledge of SEO principles impacting content evaluation, certification in content strategy or related fields.
