As a Marketing Communications Manager within the Campaign Operations team at GFM, you will play a pivotal role in driving demand for the Agentic Enterprise and key products. You will be responsible for crafting compelling messaging, coordinating presentations, creating documentation, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, overseeing communication delivery through various channels like presentations, emails, videos, and Slack posts, managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop impactful communication plans. Your ability to proactively identify communication needs for significant projects will be crucial.

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of professional internal communications or enablement experience with demonstrated skills in developing communication plans and content creation. A Bachelor's degree in communications or related fields is preferred along with experience in marketing and excellent business communication skills. The successful candidate must have the ability to drive cultural change through effective communications strategies while demonstrating strong judgment in ambiguous situations.
