As a Senior Program Manager at Venn, you will play a crucial role in managing the activity and performance of our programs with key clients. Acting as a liaison between the client, suppliers, and Vendor Management Systems (VMS) partners, you will oversee provider placement processes, communicate staffing needs with suppliers, maintain updates with VMS systems, provide reporting as per procedures, conduct business reviews with clients, and ensure compliance with contracts and key performance indicators.

Your responsibilities will include serving as a liaison between clients and suppliers, understanding client needs and upcoming demand, managing the entire VMS process from requisition to accounting for each need, training users of VMS systems and Venn programs, reviewing provider presentations for completeness, ensuring timely workflow steps within VMS systems progress smoothly. You will also be responsible for conducting client reviews regarding program utilization effectiveness while providing strategic sales support for both clients and Venn.

Ideal candidates for this position should possess a Bachelor's degree along with 5+ years of account management experience including 2+ years working with MSP or large clients. Previous locum tenens experience is preferred. Strong communication skills are essential along with the ability to create client execution strategies, develop relationships at all levels of business, manage projects effectively, demonstrate attention to detail in multitasking environments. Proficiency in Excel, Word PowerPoint along with VMS platforms is required.
