The Director of Manufacturing Engineering will play a crucial role in advancing our manufacturing processes by optimizing techniques, tooling, and methodologies to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency. Reporting to the Vice President of Engineering, Quality & Technology, this position involves reviewing current manufacturing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement. The successful candidate will drive initiatives to simplify processes while maintaining precision and quality standards through collaboration with cross-functional teams. Additionally, they will be responsible for developing and managing a team to support manufacturing engineering goals and initiatives.

Key responsibilities include validating improvement projects with data, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process efficiency, and ensuring continuous improvement in outcomes. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field with at least 15 years of experience in manufacturing engineering. Strong leadership skills and expertise in process optimization are essential requirements for this role.
