In this role, your key responsibilities will include providing leadership and mentorship to our engineering teams, owning the vision and direction of engineering functions, aligning product development goals with our overall organizational strategy, fostering innovation and technical excellence, and promoting team growth. You will oversee all stages of the product lifecycle—from concept to commercialization—managing schedules, budgets, resources, and third-party vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that are manufacturable. Additionally, you will lead root cause analysis and cross-functional design reviews to maintain the highest standards of quality.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, at least 10 years of experience in engineering leadership within electronic product design & development, as well as expertise in high-volume manufacturing and embedded systems. Technical skills required include a strong background in analog/digital circuit design and microprocessors, proficiency in tools like SolidWorks, Ansoft, Ansys, as well as hands-on troubleshooting and component-level analysis.
