BRECOflex, a leading manufacturing company based in Eatontown, New Jersey, specializing in high-precision timing belts and drive components for linear motion, conveying, and power transmission, is currently looking for a dynamic Director of Manufacturing to join their team. Reporting directly to the President, the Director of Manufacturing will play a pivotal role in providing strategic leadership across all plant operations. Working closely with the VP of Business Operations, the ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning manufacturing processes with the company's growth objectives. Key responsibilities include driving operational excellence in departments such as Quality Control, Inventory Management, Maintenance, Belt Manufacturing, Belt Extrusion, Manufacturing Engineering, and CNC Operations.

The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or related field (Master’s preferred) along with 10+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership. They should demonstrate a strong ability to lead and scale complex manufacturing environments while promoting continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
