NTU International A/S is a global organization dedicated to supporting the European Investment Bank (EIB) in delivering communication campaigns and activities in various countries outside the EU. As part of our mission to raise awareness of the positive impact of EU and EIB projects, we are seeking Communication Consultants for a 6-year part-time engagement in Lot 3: Sub-Saharan Africa. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with diverse stakeholders and contribute to increasing visibility for impactful projects in Angola, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa, Zambia, and other countries listed.

The Communication Consultants will play a crucial role in coordinating with stakeholders, managing subcontractors, and implementing communication campaigns effectively. Key responsibilities include developing detailed implementation plans, establishing working processes among teams and stakeholders, organizing press conferences and events, media outreach, monitoring communication activities, and building partnerships with NGOs or influencers. Ideal candidates should have a university degree in journalism or related fields, fluency in English and the local language spoken in the assigned country, along with 8 years of professional experience in communication services.

Applicants with at least 4 years of experience in developing and implementing communication campaigns, particularly within international organizations or public institutions like the EU or UN are encouraged to apply. Key Job Requirements:

• 8 years of professional experience in communication services, including 5 years in the country of the assignment
• 4 years of experience in developing and implementing communication campaigns
• Experience in the delivery of communication services for international organisations (EU, UN, IFIs) or public institutions in the country of the assignment
• University degree in journalism, communication, social science or an academic equivalent
• Fluency in English
• Fluency in the main language spoken in the country of the assignment
