[Job Description: Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Director to lead and manage the full lifecycle of major infrastructure buildings projects. In this role, you will provide strategic leadership across planning, design, procurement, construction, and handover phases. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards, ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include providing overall leadership for all project phases, defining project goals and strategies for success, maintaining strong relationships with clients/stakeholders/contractors, managing project scopes/budgets/schedules/risks/compliance/negotiations/teams/resources/performance/reporting/documents. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Master's preferred), professional certifications such as CEng/PMP (preferred), extensive experience in large-scale projects with proven successful delivery track record. Strong leadership/team management/strategic planning/communication skills are essential.

Key Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 20 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure or building projects, including at least 10 years in senior management roles.
