Position: Finance Business Partner / Finance Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare IFRS-compliant financial statements.
Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
Develop real-time financial dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Lead and coordinate the annual budgeting process.
Maintain and adjust rolling forecasts.
Conduct financial scenario planning.
Profit & Loss (P&L) Management:
Oversee the preparation and management of P&L statements.
Analyze and optimize revenue streams.
Implement cost control measures.
Strategic Financial Planning:
Collaborate with senior management on financial strategies.
Evaluate investment opportunities.
Identify and mitigate financial risks.
Decision Support:
Develop financial models and business cases.
Provide ad hoc financial analysis.
Monitor key performance indicators.
Compliance and Governance:
Ensure adherence to local financial regulations and tax laws.
Maintain internal controls and manage audits.
Stakeholder Management:
Prepare and present financial reports to investors.
Deliver financial presentations to the board.
Collaborate with various departments on financial planning.
Technology and Process Improvement:
Oversee financial software and ERP systems.
Continuously refine financial processes.
Lead automation projects for financial reporting.

Requirements:
Proficiency in IFRS.
