The Operations Excellence Performance Management Manager at ASMO will be responsible for managing and increasing the capabilities of the business analytics team. They will develop effective plans to improve data analytics and performance management experience for various workstreams. The manager will coordinate with key stakeholders to design and develop processes, establish performance metrics aligned with strategic objectives, monitor and report on performance against KPIs, provide data-driven recommendations for improvement, deliver training programs for employees and leaders, stay current with industry best practices in performance management, identify root causes of performance issues, and assist in developing solutions. The role requires strong analytical skills, creativity, out-of-the-box thinking, experience in business process design and analysis, data analysis & analytics.

Key Job Requirements:

• - Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Business Administration, or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is required.
• - 9 years’ experience in the same Field, out of which 3 years at a supervisory position or similar level.
