We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the Routine Maintenance of Road Structures project (RMB3) in Bur Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee daily maintenance operations, ensure project timelines and budgets are met, manage a team of engineers and contractors, coordinate with clients and stakeholders for successful project completion. Responsibilities include leading the RMB3 project, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, managing the project team, developing plans and budgets, coordinating with stakeholders, identifying risks, ensuring resource efficiency, preparing reports on project status, conducting inspections for work quality, and ensuring timely task completion with minimal traffic disruption.

Key Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in project management in the construction industry
• Experience with routine maintenance of road structures is preferred
