- Drive employee engagement strategies to create a positive work culture.
- Lead, coach, and mentor team members for their success and development.
- Ensure high-quality guest experience and service consistency.
- Manage financial metrics including expense management and profitability analysis.
- Stakeholder management with ownership, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Develop staff training programs to minimize turnover and maintain morale.
- Conduct recruitment activities within the community.
- Inventory control for revenue generation solutions.
- Work closely with the Director of Food & Beverage to design effective menus.
- Maintain relationships with regular guests and cultivate new patron relationships.

[Expected Salary Range]
$60,000 - $80,000 per year

Key Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Experience in Mediterranean cuisine is highly preferred.
