[About the job Role: Assistant Manager – Finance Applications Job Type: Permanent Location: Dubai , United Arab Emirates JOB PURPOSE: This role is responsible for supporting the financial duties with respect to the development, configurations , enhancements, functional requirements and implementations of MSD and other applications as needed like Beams, Yardi etc. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Data and Controllership Administration: MSD & Other Applications Perform systemic administrative activities related to financial aspects of Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) and other applications solutions. Support and resolve MSD-related issues to ensure optimal system performance. Ensure the systemic completeness assessments are done around Data Management, Functional Requirements, Financial Governance and Reporting and Close administration. Implementation/Enhancements : MSD & Other Applications Focus on execution of enhancements and change management for the finance team as needed per business priorities Identify potential systemic errors that drive unreconciled data, transactional errors, reporting discrepancies, or business process impacts/improvements Provide alternative solutions to enhance financial automation, reporting discipline, and regulatory compliances Support central and business unit finance operations teams to align financial imperatives with system capabilities. Finance Support & Maintenance Escalate complex issues to senior staff or development teams. Document and resolve FINAPP helpdesk tickets thoroughly according to company procedures. Maintain accurate records of user interactions/problem solving efforts Proactively identify potential user issues/suggest solutions Develop/deliver user training materials/workshops BU/HQ Finance User Support Works closely with business stakeholders/technical service partners to address service requests supporting Financial KPI’s Ensure resolution of FINAPP tickets within defined timelines as per business requirements/priorities Diagnose/resolve user issues efficiently FRAMEWORKS/BOUNDARIES/DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY Operates within DAMAC policies/overall organizational governance frameworks Authorized to take decisions as per approved authorization matrix.]

This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.
