One Works is looking for a talented Project Director to join our team in Dubai. As a Project Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the airport development project to ensure it meets client requirements and expectations. You will lead and manage the supervision team and design team, control time, resources, and budget, manage procurement and administration of external service providers, handle contractual requirements, and act as the Engineer in Fidic form of contract between the Employer and Contractor. The role is based in the project site office for an airport terminal expansion project in the UAE.

Responsibilities:
- Lead multidisciplinary teams
- Manage time, resources, budget
- Procurement management
- Contractual obligations handling
- Act as Engineer in Fidic form of contract between parties

Job Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Architecture or Engineering
- Professional Registration as Architect or Engineer
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience in Airport Projects
- Minimum 20 years post graduate professional experience
- Strong capability to handle contractual and commercial area
- Preferable knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Autocad, Office365, project/document control systems
- Professional working proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing)
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.

Key Job Requirements:
