The Finance Manager at Dibba Bay Oysters will oversee financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance while supporting the Company’s overall strategic objectives. Responsibilities include preparing accurate financial reports, budgeting and forecasting, cost optimization for profitability enhancement, taxation compliance, team leadership, payroll administration, regulatory compliance management, insurance and banking relationships maintenance. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in finance management roles with strong analytical skills and knowledge of financial management principles.

Key Job Requirements:

• - Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role.
• - Strong understanding of financial management principles, budgeting, and forecasting.
• - Knowledge of UAE VAT and corporate taxation is highly desirable.
