We are looking for a Planning Manager who will be responsible for developing and managing daily distribution plans for LPG, analyzing optimal routes for delivery, and ensuring adherence to approved strategies and schedules. The ideal candidate will continuously monitor order fulfillment, oversee the completion of supply cards for refineries, manage driver documentation compliance, evaluate driver performance metrics, and enforce safety standards.

As a Planning Manager at Jal, you will also have managerial responsibilities that include ensuring team members comply with organizational policies and quality standards, overseeing workforce planning in alignment with operational needs, promoting team engagement and skill development, enforcing safety regulations within the section, monitoring KPIs to enhance performance and cost-effectiveness, reviewing budget performance against KPIs, managing regulatory compliance matters, and collaborating with stakeholders.
