The perfect candidate should have a history of leading sales teams to boost company revenue consistently meeting growth targets of at least 25%. The duties will involve expanding sales activities in locations both within and outside Saudi Arabia focusing on markets like Riyadh. The Sales Manager will be tasked with training and preparing sales staff attracting customers building partnerships and ensuring the retention of important accounts. Achieving objectives and aligning with company goals set by management are aspects of this role. Recruiting and training sales representatives in Saudi Arabia along with developing and implementing the company's sales strategy for market growth are responsibilities of this position.
