As we continue to grow exponentially, we are searching for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our team and oversee our day-to-day operations while closely collaborating with the CEO on executing strategic plans.
The COO will play a pivotal role in optimizing internal operations across all departments such as product development, engineering, and marketing. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that technical teams operate efficiently and contribute significantly to the company's global expansion. Working collaboratively with various teams including product development, marketing, and engineering, the COO will focus on driving performance enhancements, process improvements, and sustainable long-term growth initiatives.
Key responsibilities of the Chief Operating Officer at Nexoft include operational leadership by overseeing daily activities within all departments; strategic planning alongside the CEO to define short-term and long-term objectives; process optimization by identifying bottlenecks in the development cycle; team development through fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning; technical oversight aligning operations with business goals; performance management by defining KPIs across departments; project management for successful launch of new app features or products; stakeholder collaboration maintaining effective communication with internal stakeholders; compliance & risk management ensuring adherence to regulations.
Ideal candidates for this role should possess at least 5 years of experience in an operational leadership position preferably within a tech or startup environment. Experience in mobile application development or SaaS business models is highly desirable along with strong technical understanding of workflows like agile development and software release cycles. Excellent problem-solving skills, project management abilities, organizational skills as well as strong communication skills in English are essential. A Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required while an MBA or similar advanced degree would be advantageous.
