About Our Client
The client is a single-family office and manages a well-diversified portfolio of investments across public and private markets. They're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Investment Manager to join the team and play a critical role in their investment processes and portfolio management.
Job Description
Lead the screening, evaluation, and due diligence process for new prospective investment opportunities across various asset classes. Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and risk assessment to support investment decisions. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of investment opportunities through proactive market research and networking. Develop and nurture direct relationships with investment managers and undertake thorough due diligence of external managers, including performance analysis, strategy evaluation, and operational assessments. Conduct regular portfolio reviews, rebalancing, and performance analysis to optimize returns and manage risks. Track portfolio liquidity, income generation, and asset allocation across funds, direct investments, and discretionary mandates. Prepare detailed investment memos, presentations, reports for investment committee board approvals undertake periodic performance reporting.
Assist in developing executing the family office's strategic investment plan.
The Successful Applicant
CFA Charter Holder or MBA from a top-tier institution Minimum of 7+ years of relevant multi-asset class investment experience. Generalist experience across various asset classes sectors is required Ability to efficiently effectively research summarize information communicate recommendations with high conviction Proficiency in investment management software tools Highly adaptable with excellent time-management multitasking abilities High degree integrity professionalism]
