We are seeking an experienced Projects Director to lead interior fitout projects within the luxury residential sector in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design and project management, with proven success delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities include overseeing project planning, execution, team management, client relationships, risk mitigation, compliance, innovation drive, and participation in the bidding process for new projects. The role requires exceptional leadership skills, strategic planning abilities, keen attention to detail, and adherence to quality standards. The salary offered is AED 35,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Key Job Requirements:

• - Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• - Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management within the interior design and build industry, with a focus on luxury residential projects.
