Reporting to EVP, Finance, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory compliance, financial reporting, and stakeholder engagement. This role will be responsible for managing interactions with regulators, auditors and other external parties, ensuring timely submission of accurate reports and maintaining compliance with all relevant financial regulations. Responsibilities include preparing operating budgets, developing financial strategies for business growth goals, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, providing financial reporting to senior management and board of directors, supporting new business initiatives and ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, analytical and willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.

Key Job Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years relevant experience in the Financial Services sector, particularly in regulated environments
• Prior experience as a named Finance Officer or similar role for regulatory licenses in the Middle East is highly preferred
