[Job Description: The Senior Manager, Engineering will provide immediate leadership, guidance, and supervision for all assigned engineering employees. They will be responsible for carrying out research and development activities involving pioneering work in unexplored areas of investigation. The role includes conceiving plans, conducting projects, identifying technological gaps, initiating new projects, managing programs to develop new equipment and systems, maintaining cognizance of state-of-the-art technology, preparing reports, modifying existing systems, selecting items needed for Army applications, among other responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's preferred), 8-10 years of experience as a senior engineer or project manager supervising a team of engineers, previous military experience or automotive systems development background. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.

Key Job Requirements:
