We manage capital on behalf of select family offices, global institutions, and high-net worth individuals. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee fund shadow books and records. - Manage daily and month-end NAV as well as year-end planning. - Manage PM relations with the broker, including cash movement as well as corporate actions and all ad-hoc requests. - Oversee taxes, budgeting, payroll, IT, and office management for the management company and GP. - Prepare monthly attribution and contribution reports. - Liaise with fund administrator on all matters related to investor onboarding, KYC, and ongoing support.
