Responsibilities include overseeing operational processes, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, developing and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency, managing resources and budgets for sustainable growth, executing marketing tasks to reinforce the brand as a Luxury Boutique Agency in Dubai, ensuring the highest service quality for clients, collaborating closely with the sales team and agencies to support sales strategies, as well as implementing and monitoring new technologies and systems for process optimization.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, along with several years of experience in a senior operations role, preferably in real estate or luxury sectors. Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking abilities, experience in developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies, problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills in English and German (additional languages are advantageous), as well as proficiency in digital tools and modern management systems are required.
