We are currently seeking an EMEA Real Estate Project Manager to join our team and support all real estate projects across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. In this role, you will collaborate with internal business partners and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of real estate projects including construction, relocation, and site closures. Your responsibilities will include project management oversight to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining compliance with company policies.
As an ideal candidate for this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering or related field along with at least 5 years of experience in Real Estate, Construction or Project Management. Strong interpersonal skills combined with excellent written and verbal communication abilities are essential for effective project coordination. Additionally, your ability to adapt to change and ambiguity will be critical in optimizing Eaton’s real estate footprint while driving successful project outcomes.
