Job Title: Vice President of Finance

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Vice President of Finance to join our leadership team in the oil & gas and heavy chemical manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial management within these sectors and will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, driving financial strategy, and ensuring the company's financial health.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the finance department, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth and profitability goals.
Oversee financial planning and analysis, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
Manage relationships with external auditors, investors, and financial institutions.
Optimize the company's financial performance, including cash flow management and capital structure.
Support M&A activities, including due diligence and integration.
Collaborate with other departments to drive business performance and operational efficiency.
Provide leadership, direction, and management of the finance and accounting teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial management experience in the oil & gas or heavy chemical manufacturing industry.
UAE Nationals preferred.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful financial strategies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in financial software and tools.
