[Stanton House is working with a PE Backed Consulting business to recruit a highly experienced Head of FP&A for a 3-month interim role, with an immediate start. The business, who has recently received investment from a mid-market Fund has a revenue of £30m and is growing significantly through buy and build. Reporting to the CFO, this is a pivotal leadership role where you'll have a significant opportunity to drive value in a business embarking on a change period. You will be accountable for leading the annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes; managing a team of two; providing in-depth analysis of financial performance; presenting findings to the management team; business partnering with the leadership team; and driving process improvement initiatives. This is a hybrid role requiring on-site work in London for 2 days per week. The engagement pays around £600 per day outside IR35.

Key Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years experience in financial planning and analysis roles
• Experience leading a team and managing financial planning processes
• Must have extensive experience leading FP&A functions in a high-growth environment.
• Private Equity experience is desirable.
