[Job Title: Project Director – Waste Management & Water Infrastructure

Location: Riyadh, KSA

Job Overview: My client is seeking an experienced Project Director with a strong background in waste management and expertise in water infrastructure to join their team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the delivery of one of their key projects, contributing to the development of a major urban area.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the management and execution of large-scale water infrastructure projects, including desalination and water treatment plants.
- Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning and design to construction and final delivery.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineering consultants and major EPC contractors, ensuring project objectives and timelines are met.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the project.
- Provide expertise in commercial management, project controls, and risk management to mitigate potential project risks.
- Lead and manage multicultural teams, driving operational excellence and maintaining strong client relationships.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience working with major EPC contractors and engineering consultants.
- Strong understanding of project controls, budgeting, and risk management.
- Previous involvement in waste management or similar infrastructure projects is highly desirable]

Key Job Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years experience in the Water industry or related fields
• Extensive experience in project and operations management within the water infrastructure sector
