Reporting into the Project Director or as advised by the management, this position will be responsible for the project lifecycle to ensure that the project will be delivered on time, within budget and within scope. Key responsibilities include defining project scope and objectives, creating work plans, monitoring progress, coordinating with team members and stakeholders, managing changes to scope/schedule/costs, assessing performance/compliance of consultants/contractors, addressing issues/variances, preparing status reports, and more. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management, at least15 years of relevant experience with a focus on high-rise buildings, fluency in Arabic, and experience working with Tier1 contractors in KSA. Strong project management skills, communication abilities,and construction expertise are essential for success in this role.
