The Project Manager at Tahaluf will be responsible for leading and executing cross-functional initiatives that span technology, business strategy, and operations. This role requires a hands-on professional with a strong ability to navigate complex projects involving multiple departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while delivering measurable outcomes. The Project Manager will manage diverse projects ranging from technology to strategic operations, develop detailed project plans, identify resources, track milestones, mitigate risks, resolve issues promptly, coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders, establish standardized project governance processes, prepare status updates and reports for stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or Project Management along with certification in Project Management (PMP, CSM), at least 5 years of project management experience with a focus on tech-driven projects. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential for success in this role.
