[Detailed job description] The Project & Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of school and preschool projects from initiation to completion. This includes coordinating with relevant parties, managing project progress, overseeing project teams and subcontractors, managing operational costs, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, liaising with government authorities, as well as planning and delivering preventive maintenance for facilities. The role also involves supervising contractors and maintenance staff, handling procurement of maintenance works, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing external vendors and contractors on-site maintenance works. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for all matters relating to the school's logistics and facilities management.

Key Job Requirements:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Project Management and coordination, preferably in a school environment or similar.
