As the Business Development Manager, your role will be pivotal in expanding our brand presence and strategic business partnerships in the region.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Collaborating with internal teams on business strategy, market entry, and customer acquisition
- Leading negotiations and securing contracts for new ventures and business deals
- Driving revenue growth and ensuring strong performance against business targets
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
- Oversee the preparation of proposals, presentations, and negotiations for new business opportunities.
- Analyze business processes and needs; create added value by conducting effective financial analysis,
data analysis,
and performance improvement practices.
- Keeping an eye on market trends; identifying areas for expansion.

Key Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in business development and sales roles
  • Experience in the aviation or hospitality industry is a plus
