Strategic Contribution: Assist in the management and implementation of a range of Telecommunications and ICT assets across the destination. Ensure project Implementation is aligned with the RGS’s project timeline and meets all the requirements of the business owners and stakeholders. Leadership: Coordinate the activities of the system integration team to ensure efficient work, manage team priorities and objectives, provide ongoing feedback and coaching. Serve as a role model to ensure employees’ awareness and commitment to RSG vision. Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and Reports: Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures. Assist in the preparation of accurate functional MIS statements and reports. Typical roles include managing telecommunications assets such as DUCCs, Ducts, Chambers, POP’s, MMU’s; coordinating system integration activities; setting team priorities; providing feedback; ensuring alignment with business requirements.
